Apply patch sets in following order:

shared-policy
migrate-on-fault

And, optionally:

automigrate
migration-cache

Just the "numbered" patches in numeric order.

Note that the migration patches are functionally independent
from the shared-policy patch, but because they touch the same
files and this is the order they exist in my tree, you'll get
rejects w/o the shared policy patches.  I hope to repost the
shared policy patches, which I've kept more up to date, real
soon now.  [We'll see, tho' :)]

The mmtrace patch series contains an ad hoc mm tracing
facility that I use for debugging things like page reference
counts, ...  If you want to use these, you'll need the
latest mmtrace tools in free.linux.hp.com/Tools to collect
and format the traces.  See the README in the tools tarball
for more info.
